About the Role:
The Scaffolding Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our warehouse. This position requires a team‑first mindset and a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks with a “no job is too small or too big” attitude. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with over 108 years of history and stability in the construction industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including processing incoming shipments, organizing materials, and accurately pulling and preparing customer orders. You will work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the task at hand.
The Scaffolding Warehouse Associate is also responsible for organizing, inspecting, and maintaining scaffolding and suspended scaffolding equipment to ensure it is safe, compliant, and ready for use before being returned to service. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is essential, and all warehouse employees are expected to follow safety procedures and proactively address potential hazards to prevent injuries.
Shift: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturday 7:00 am – 11:00 am)

Work Environment: As a Warehouse Worker for RAM, the employee will be subject to various work environments. Work environments may include but are not limited to the following: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings.
